Meditating
Prayer that is silent and mainly listening can be called meditation. I empty myself of thoughts and feelings and become receptive.

Breathing
Conscious breathing in and out allows me to calm my mind and sooth my pain body. I am arriving fully in my body. My body and mind become one.

Being Mindful
This very moment is the only moment. The preciousness of each moment is at the forefront of my awareness. Past and future yield to this very moment.
